Whenever we are asked a question which we feel others may find useful, we post the answers here;
- Which geographical areas do you cover ?
The map below shows our main coverage areas, but depending on the size of the job, we are able to cover the whole of the UK.
- How long will my install take and will this affect the final cost ?
Each install will vary depending on its scope, and site conditions. We will estimate the time involved in each case and factor this into our quote. If a job takes us longer than we anticipated you will not be charged extra.
- Do you install alarm systems ?
We specialise in the latest wireless alarm systems which have many advantages over traditional wired systems. More information can be found in the 'Services - Alarm Systems' section of this site.
- Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, all equipment we install along with cabling etc. is covered by a 12 month on-site warranty. This warranty does not cover malicious damage. Systems we install for residential developers are covered by lifetime warranties.
- Are your systems easily expandable ?
The equipment we use means additional / replacement cameras or higher capacity recorders can very easily be installed. As can extra sensors, lighting etc.
- Can you install IP surveillance systems ?
We are equally as competent and knowledgeable with the latest IP systems as we are with the other systems we provide. If you would like to discuss the benefits of using an IP system please give us a call.
- I am thinking of purchasing a property with an existing system, are you able to evaluate this system for me ?
This depends entirely on your gaining permission from the current property owner or estate / land agent. If we are given this permission we will carry out a no obligation site survey as we do with all jobs.
- I have lost a user manual, can you provide me with a replacement ?
We keep digital copies of user manuals for the equipment we supply but unfortunately we cannot provide hard copies. These digital versions will be made available on this website soon..
- Are there any incentives for referrals ?
We can offer a variety of incentives depending on the type and scope of any referral. Ordinarily this is a cash back reward or a discount on additional equipment.
- I am moving to a new property, can you relocate my existing system ?
This is usually not a problem but conditions at both sites, along with the suitability of your existing system at the new site come into play. Please call us to discuss your circumstances so we can advise you appropriately.
- When is payment normally due ?
Normally, we only ask for payment once a job has been completed to your satisfaction. However, for larger jobs we may ask for 50% payment on agreement and 50% on completion. If this applies to your job it will made clear to you at an early stage.
