Surveillance - Developments

The benefits of installing security and surveillance systems during construction are obvious. The disruption and additional difficulties of a post construction retro-fit are avoided, and systems already installed can be demonstrated to future tennants.
We can also provide systems to watch over the construction site from an early stage. Thefts of equipment and materials from site are not only costly but inconvenient to say the least. The same systems can also be used to provide management and investors with real-time or time-lapse footage of site progress.

After one single installation fee, all costs are passed on to tennants via factoring or maintenance agreements.
